1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (e.g. new drops, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping within Australia

We offer standard and express shipping options Australia-wide:

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post or other reputable carriers.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • All international parcels are trackable.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the package, and shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $220 AUD.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying.


6. Delays & Disruptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Carrier or customs delays (especially for international orders)

Certified Streetwear™ is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.


7. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Double-check the delivery address you entered.

  2. Check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
