Certified Streetwear  – Refund Policy

At Certified Streetwear, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right—within the bounds of our Refund Policy outlined below.

This policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applies to all purchases made through our online store.


1. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused)

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Final release or limited-edition drops

  • Socks, headwear, or underwear (due to hygiene reasons)

If your return is approved, you can choose either:

  • A store credit (valid for 12 months)

  • An exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability)

Refunds for change of mind are not guaranteed unless required by law.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.

To report a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and fault

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess your claim and offer a suitable remedy in line with our legal obligations.


3. How to Initiate a Return

We’ll respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return postage or provide a pre-paid label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Certified Streetwear is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. International Orders

We do accept returns on international orders; however, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
